REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email at [TU-EMAIL-AQUÍ] with:

1. Your order number.

2. A clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.

Once the evidence is verified by our fulfillment partner, we will process a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the sanitary and personal nature of our products (such as the Neuro-Rest 3D Mask and Neuro-Shield Glasses), we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or used, unless they are defective.

Returns for "Change of Mind"

If you wish to return a non-defective item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to our designated return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
